How agencies get paid for bookings made through CareNetwork.

How it works

You set your own service prices and package pricing - CareNetwork doesn't dictate what you charge.
CareNetwork takes a commission on each completed booking made through the platform.
Any commission and applicable GST is disclosed to the customer at checkout, before they pay - never a hidden deduction after the fact.
Payouts are requested from your agency dashboard once bookings are completed and released.

Exact commission rates depend on your agency's service category and volume, and are confirmed directly during onboarding - they're not a one-size-fits-all number we can post generically here.
